Participating vendors may obtain photographs and video coverage of the elopements that they use to showcase and market their work on social media, websites, blogs, magazines, and other public forums. Winning couples agree that participating may use photos and video of the elopement day without compensation, for these marketing and/or promotional purposes. No such use shall be a violation of trademark, copyright, or privacy, and winners release any claims for infringement resulting from or relating to such use
